Decent Stay. Some Issues Noted.

stained vanity unitsslow charging

The room seemed a bit tired. The vanity units in the bathroom had stains, not the best first impression. I also noticed some mold in the shower corners, I found that really off putting! The charging ports didn't work properly either, a real inconvenience. We had to use the one at the back of the TV, it was slow. I'm sorry to say the location feels a bit dingy.

SOME problems AND questionable service

inadequate air conditioningovercrowded pool

I encountered several issues . the room's air conditioning WAS inadequate. It struggled to cool the space EVEN with the curtains closed. additionally, the rooftop pool area was overcrowded, with too few sunbeds for the number of guests. getting a sunbed required queuing early , but it was a FRUSTRATING experience.

NOT so GRAND experience

shower moldair conditioning failure

I found several issues VERY frustrating. The body wash in my room was diluted, unacceptable. I also discovered MOLD in the shower corners. To make matters WORSE, the toilet struggled to flush and the charging ports barely worked. The air conditioning failed one night, made the room hot.
